Refund policy
Iconic Luxe Hair wants to ensure the most seamless process with your purchase. We understand that there may be times that errors can occur. Returns or Exchanges are possible within 7 days of product being received and must meet the following conditions:
- Must NOT be used or altered
- Must NOT be wet or damp
- Must NOT be chemically altered
- Must have proof of purchase
- Must be in original packaging with tags
If the following conditions aren’t adhered to, a refund or exchange will not be granted. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used or tampered with items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. Once your package arrives, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven't been tampered with. If we find the seals have been tampered with, you will not receive a refund or an exchange.
Exchanges of the same value are acceptable. If you would like to make an exchange, hair length will need to be the same as the one purchased to ensure the same value. If you want to exchange your items for another product with a different length, you must return your original order first and then place a new order.
To make a return or exchange, please email customer@iconicluxehair.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Refunds are applied to your original payment method up to 7-10 business days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
