Washing:
Use a sulfate free shampoo to ensure the texture stays true to its original state. Conditioner should be used to keep the hair in a manageable state. Make sure to rinse afterwards to remove product from hair until you are ready to style.
Maintenance:
Finger comb and use detangling brush or wide tooth comb. Leave in conditioners, light weight curling foam for curly styles, and oil can be used in small amounts. Sleep with a satin bonnet or satin headscarf to protect the hair.
Color/Heat Styling:
It is recommended to let a professional bleach and dye the hair to ensure it is done properly. When heat styling, make sure to use a heat protectant to keep the hair safe.
